The ConeXware was founded in Huntington Beach, California in the year 2001 by Drazen Dodig and Nathan Mook in order to support the growth of PowerArchiver, which is the award-winning archiving utility created by Ivan Petrovic in the year 1998. Since then, the company has opened two European offices and widened the presence of the PowerArchiver around the world. The ConeXware’s reach currently spans the globe with their software that is offered in over 19 languages. The PowerArchiver has set the benchmark for the industry by combining powerful features with simple, easy to use interface.

The company also offers the PowerArchiver Outlook Plug-in and the PowerArchiver Command Line. The ConeXware software is used by millions of people, educational institutions, governments and corporations in more than 150 countries. The PowerArchiver is a proprietary file archiver for the Microsoft Windows which was developed by ConeXware Inc. It supports full read-write access to a lot of different archive formats which includes ZIP, 7z and Tar, as well as RAR, ACE and other various disk image formats.
