What is a R30 file?
Files that contain the .r30 file extension hold a volume that has been created from a split WinRAR archive file.
WinRAR is a file compression and archiving utility. The WinRAR application allows a user to take a large file or batches of files and archive them into a single, compressed archive folder. This archive file can be split into multiple volumes to make it easier to distribute the contents of the file over the Web.
When an archive file is split, each volume of the archive is given its own file extension. The series of files begins with .r01, .r02, .r03, etc. The .r30 file extension is usually given to the thirtieth volume of the split file archive.
In order to extract the contents from the archive folder, all of the volumes must be present.
