What is an ARJ file?
An .ARJ file is an ARJ Compressed Archive file.
ARJ is a compressed file format similar to the much more well-known ZIP standard.
The ARJ format was invented by Robert K. Jung and was the dominant compression format on MS-DOS until other formats like ZIP took over.
