What is Canvas X?
Canvas X is developed and released by the company called ACDSEE which primarily function as a integrated environment intended for page layouting, illustration, presentation, Web publishing, and imaging.
Canvas X lets users make use of several components such as images, texts, and vector images without the use of multiple applications. It is also built on a user-interface that can be easily grasped by beginners and can also be utilized by experts. This software also allows users to open, view, and modify files produced by AutoCAD software. These files can be in several formats such as DWG and DXF. It also utilizes a file support called WebCGM which is based on CGM4.
Canvas X also allows users to manage symbols using the functionality called Symbol Pen. With this any user can create, add, and organize symbols that may be simple or highly technical. Customizing symbols from vector objects is also possible with the use of the software. The software also scales vector objects accurately and they are automatically formatted to JPG, PCX, CGM, PDF, PNG, TIF, and TGA.
