PANalytical’s X’Pert High Score is a program intended for use with the company’s X-ray diffractometer products, allowing users to record, process, and make sense of the data they gather from those machines. The data gathered from such devices is usually collated in ASCII or XRDML files and the program supports those as well as all the usual formats from other XRD product makers, allowing the program high compatibility with even other makers’ machines. The software includes functions for searching and matching, is capable of automatically putting together peak and net profile information banks, and has tools for both cluster and semi-quantitative analytical operations. Cluster-analyzing tools can even do batch processing for multiple scans.
The user has access to a multitude of reference sources as well. He can use his own personal reference databanks as well as leverage the data stores of commercial, third-party databases on the Web. The user also gets tools for automated residue scoring, pattern identification, phase identification, and more. Essentially, it purports to provide users with a comprehensive suite of utilities that can deliver all the analytical power necessary for processing XRD data.
File.org aims to be the go-to resource for file type- and related software information. We spend countless hours researching various file formats and software that can open, convert, create or otherwise work with those files.
If you have additional information about which types of files X'Pert HighScore can process, please do get in touch - we would love hearing from you.
