If you are looking for Stitch&Sew, you have come to the right place. We explain what Stitch&Sew is and point you to the official download.
What is Stitch&Sew?
Stitch&Sew is an application that allows embroiderers to digitize their designs. The digital designs can then be edited on a computer, allowing users to play around with virtual simulations of their designs before realizing them using actual cloth and thread. Comprehensive in its feature set but easy to operate, the software can be used by both advanced/expert embroiderers as well as those new to the hobby.
The program has two design digitizing modes: a standard mode and an automated one. It also has the facilities to support easy, high-quality lettering work for the designs. There are 100 professional fonts included in the program, along with 30 templates for lettering. There is also a special input tool to help users generate monogrammed designs. TrueType fonts are convertible to embroidered lettering in the application. It can also convert a photo into an embroidery design.
The software supports realistic 3D visuals, allows manual stitching in designs, and allows users to add or change machine codes. It has sequin tools for sequin stitches and also allows users to send their designs through email. It has been confirmed to work with Windows Vista, 2000, and XP.
