XLR File
What are XLR files and how to open them
Are you having problems opening an XLR file or are you simply curious about its contents? We're here to explain the properties of these files and provide you with software that can open or handle your XLR files.
What is an XLR file?
An .XLR file is a Microsoft Works Spreadsheet file.
The Microsoft Works productivity suite commonly uses files that contain the .xlr file extension. The .xlr file extension is used when creating charts and spreadsheets within the Microsoft Works spreadsheet application. The chart and spreadsheet files saved with the Works application are saved with the .xlr file extension.
Microsoft Works is similar to Microsoft Office, but the applications that are provided in the Works suite do not have as much functionality or as many features as the applications that are included with Microsoft Office software suite, making the Works applications more common for personal use than for business use.
