The PTGui Project (.PTS) file format is utilized by the PTGui software, a panorama stitching program which is mainly used to generate panoramic images by joining together several photographs. PTS files store details of the project such as photos, control points, and other stitching data.

The PTS files are saved in a proprietary format, meaning it can only be opened and edited using PTGui. It does not support other panorama stitching software like Adobe Lightroom or Hugin.

Some of the main features include support for multiple image formats, advanced control point editor, and support for HDR and 360-degree panoramas.
