What is a PTR file?
A .PTR file is an OS/2 Pointer Image file.
.ptr is a file format utilized in conjunction with the OS/2 operating system. .ptr files are pointer images, which are small graphics that represent the position of the mouse cursor on the screen.
These images are typically small and simple and are often used to indicate the location of a clickable element or to provide visual feedback during certain operations.
How to open PTR files
Important: Different programs may use files with the PTR file extension for different purposes, so unless you are sure which format your PTR file is, you may need to try a few different programs.
