What is an IND file?
The .ind file extension is most commonly associated with documents that have been created by the Adobe InDesign software application. Adobe InDesign is a digital layout and professional print software. The IND files that are created within the InDesign application may contain images, embedded media and formatted text.
In some situations, the .ind file extension may also be given to application log files and shared database files that are created by the Microsoft Windows operating system.
