What are FDI files and how to open them

What is a FDI file?

FDI files have multiple uses, and Anex86 PC98 floppy image is one of them. Read more about the others further down the page.

These FDI files contain the disk images of the floppy disks used in Anex86 PC98, an emulator for the EPSON's PC-286, an old Japanese computer released in April 1987. These disk images store the games played on the EPSON 286 computer.

How to open FDI files

Important: Different programs may use files with the FDI file extension for different purposes, so unless you are sure which format your FDI file is, you may need to try a few different programs.
