ExpensAble

If you are looking for ExpensAble, you have come to the right place. We explain what ExpensAble is and point you to the official download.

What is ExpensAble?

Insperity’s ExpensAble program is an expense reporting utility. There are two versions of it: the desktop solution and the online solution. The former is intended to serve operations that will only have around 10 users, and is generally used by consultants. The online solution, on the other hand, is for very large operations. There can be as many as 5,000 users for this version of the program, which also automates the gathering of data as well as its analysis and reporting.

The desktop solution of the program is equipped with drag and drop capabilities, autofill technology, and support for both Mac OS X and Windows systems; it can also be synchronized with bank or credit card accounts for easier expense tracking. Furthermore, its focus on consultants and other often-traveling businesspersons is supported by trip saving utilities as well as prompts from hotel genies. The online solution has much the same features and also boasts personal barrier creation that can help users place caps on spending. Comprehensive analytical and reporting tools are part of the online package too, as is a mobile app that can be used to bring down paper receipt use.
