What is a QFX file?

QuickLink Fax bitmap

Quick Link Fax from Smith Micro Software was a program used to receive and send Faxes under DOS and early Windows versions using a fax modem. Instead of using a dedicated fax machine, users could use their PC and connected modem to act as a FAX machine. Received faxes were stored in files using file extension QFX, which could be opened by the fax software.

How to open QFX files

Important: Different programs may use files with the QFX file extension for different purposes, so unless you are sure which format your QFX file is, you may need to try a few different programs.
