What is ACT! by Sage?
ACT! by Sage is a software program designed for businesses that need a solution for their client database. The software functions as a Contact Management (CM) utility that provides an array of tools for creating a central database for client information.
Through the software, users are able to keep track of all their clients, including all relevant details. From the basic client info, i.e. name, address, contact numbers, email, website and IM; to more detailed information specifically those that relate to client activities: status, payments received, pending payments, product or service availed of, Account Manager, pertinent documents, business opportunities and notes; the user is provided with tools to input everything in an organized database.
Users are also provided with a calendar, which will help them keep track of events, meetings and presentations. The database can be accessed by the entire Customer Relations team to keep them updated about client information, as well as, be reminded about client calls or department meetings that they have to attend.
ACT! by Sage is compatible with the Windows platform.
