FPX File - opening and understanding

What is a FPX file?
Files with the .fpx extension most commonly contain FlashPix bitmap image files. These files are created by the Kodak FlashPix software. The FlashPix application is included with Kodak digital cameras and is used to optimize the photos taken with the camera.
The .fpx file extension is also used for Compiled FoxPro program files.
How to open FPX files
You will need a program compatible with the specific file you are trying to open, as different programs may use files with file extension FPX for different purposes.
