What is Photo Suite II?
Photo Suite II is software from MGI that is mainly used for editing photos. The software needs Internet Explorer 4 to be able to run. Generally, when Internet Explorer 4 is installed, the software will also install; as prompted by IE 4.
The software enables the user to capture pictures from digital cameras, CDs and scanners. Photo Suite II succeeds PhotoSuite 8, but is not a mere upgrade of its predecessor. The software is a completely new program.
The User Interface is modern-looking and is easily navigable. There are 6 modes to choose from: Photos, Projects, Albums, Slide Shows, Internet and Guides.
Under Photos, the user can capture and edit pictures. There are tools provided to integrate effects like warp, transform the photos or simply adjust them according to size preference. When you go to Projects, you will be given several options for arts and crafts; while the Albums option lets you organize all your photos and images.
If the user wishes to create a slide show presentation of their pictures, the Slide Show option is available. You can add audio effects to the slide show. For help with any of the applications, the Guides option can walk you through all the basics of each application.
