BC! File
What are BC! files and how to open them
Are you having problems opening a BC! file or are you simply curious about its contents? We're here to explain the properties of these files and provide you with software that can open or handle your BC! files.
What is a BC! file?
Files that contain the .bc! File extension are most commonly associated with the BitComet P2P file-sharing application. This BitTorrent-compatible app uses the .bc! extension when it begins a download that is not completed.
If the BitComet app begins downloading a file and the download is interrupted, the software will save the partially-downloaded file with the .bc! extension. When the download resumes, the software will rename the file with the appropriate fill extension once the download has been completed.
It is important to note that if a download is interrupted and is no longer on the BitTorrent server once it can resume the download process, the file will just remain on the user's system with the .bc! file suffix.
