AViCAD Professional

If you are looking for AViCAD Professional, you have come to the right place. We explain what AViCAD Professional is and point you to the official download.

What is AViCAD Professional?

AViCAD Professional is a CAD program developed by ASVIC Engineering and Software. The software is generally utilized by engineers and architects for the design of plants and buildings. The software allows the user to work on multiple drawings at the same time, through its MDI (Multi-Document Interface) feature. This means that the user can work on several parts of the design simultaneously.

The software is fully capable of reading and editing DWG files from AutoCAD, including legacy DWG files. The files can be explored, edited and saved in their native formats, without losing any data. In other words, the software allows for lossless DWG editing and writing.

The software also features the AViCAD Explorer utility, which basically enables the user to copy layers, linetypes and other details between the drawings that they are currently working on.

The user interface is fully customizable, to allow the user to display tools and menu items that they are utilizing for a current project. When the file is saved, and opened once again, it will display all the settings that were previously set by the user.
