What is YNAB?
YNAB, short for You Need A Budget, is built to let the user set aside funds for larger bills. It contains a car insurance category and a budget interface category. YNAB imports downloaded transactions in popular formats. It runs on both Windows and Mac. One license is good for both computers, and all minor updates are free. YNAB makes it easier to find transactions and look for a specific one.
YNAB’s new engine lets the user slice and dice his financial history in different ways. YNAB also has an inline split transaction entry. YNAB saves budgets automatically at regular intervals and when the user quits. A scheduled transaction can be created for bills and paychecks. Reconciliation wizards let the user reconcile all of his accounts with ease to ensure that YNAB and his account balances are matched. Dates, months, payees, and categories are easy to search. Multiple searches can be combined as well. YNAB supports all kinds of currencies. Notes and budget amounts can also be saved.
