Visual DataFlex Studio
If you are looking for Visual DataFlex Studio, you have come to the right place. We explain what Visual DataFlex Studio is and point you to the official download.
What is Visual DataFlex Studio?
Visual DataFlex Studio is a collection of tools intended for developers creating Web and database software solutions. The software contains virtually everything needed, from a coding assistant to source-level debugging functionalities. Database management tools are included, as are utilities for ensuring that the developed application can integrate into the Windows platform, allowing developers to “piggyback” off existing Windows applications for web-based solutions.
Among other things, the program treats multi-user scenarios as a given for any database application, so no additional coding will be needed to provide for that. COM automation and Active-X integration are supported, and Codejock controls and skinning capabilities are provided for the creation of application interfaces.
The program is available only for Windows users and can run on any Windows operating system version from Server 2003 R2 to Windows 8 (although not RT, and only on the Home Premium or higher versions of Windows 7 and Vista SP2). The program is also designed to be compatible with either 32-bit or 64-bit on all these operating systems. It requires an absolute minimum of 512MB of RAM in order to operate properly as well.
