What is Maximizer?
Maximizer primarily function as a CRM software intended to be used by Small-and-medium sized enterprises (or SME’s) with the use of desktop computers and mobile devices.
As a CRM software, its function covers domains related to marketing, sales, management, and customer service which are all used to gain information about its customers. This software is also a member of the group called British Columbia Technology Industry Association.
It was first released under the name Multiactive software and the name eventually changed to Maximizer in 2002. Among the most recent features integrated into the software include the Web Access as well as the Mobile Access functionalities. These features are included in the last quarter of 2011 so as to optimize the use of the software via smart phones. RIM and Microsoft are considered strategic allies of the Canada-based Maximizer Software Company. This software also has a cloud-based version called Maximizer CRM Live.
Maximizer is also equipped with other features which include automation of sales, customer support, full mobility, and automation of workflow. Microsoft office can also be integrated using the software and it can also be used in Business Intelligence.
