If you are looking for editNC, you have come to the right place. We explain what editNC is and point you to the official download.

What is editNC?

The editNC utility is used in conjunction with CAD programs and CAM utilities: it essentially provides a solution for G-code programmers through its features as a CNC program editor. The software can be used for conducting comparisons of different methods, whether they are graphic or textual, and allows users to customize the comparative analysis by specifying what elements to ignore. CNC programs can be backplotted too on the software, which also provides conversion facilities who need to convert, for example G-codes to CL. Configurable and context-based highlighting as well as syntax coloring are supplied as features and a handful of calculation tools made especially for those working on CNC programs are bundled in the program.

The software is also capable of finding sub-programs for the purpose of merging them (and it can carry out that merge itself). It will work with Fanuc macros, commands and other elements and has an automatically logging search tool. There is a read-only mode for ensuring that viewing sessions do not alter protected files, which can also be locked if needed. The program can work even with very large files too.
