What is DWGSee Application?
DWGSee Application is an image viewer for files rendered in native AutoCAD format, allowing the user to view DWG and DXF files even without the AutoCAD software installed on the system. The application also allows the user to view DWF files.
The program provides the user with a thumbnail view of all the CAD files and archives stored in folders, allowing for quick selection of files that they want to open. DWGSee Application also enables the user to mark specific areas of the design, which means they can provide inputs on changes or alterations that they want done on the design.
The basic edition of the software functions primarily as a file viewer, with support for markup; while the Pro version enables the user to take advantage of a few other features such as converting the DWG file to JPG, TIFF, BMP or GIF; export the original and marked up DWG file to PDF and copy-paste the file to Microsoft Word. The application does not support design editing.
A search option is included to allow the user to search for files using keywords or phrases, and selecting the folder to search.
