Comic Life

If you are looking for Comic Life, you have come to the right place. We explain what Comic Life is and point you to the official download.

What is Comic Life?

Comic Life is a desktop publishing software program that allows users to create comics out of their digital pictures and images. Users can drag and drop images onto the interface, edit the photos, include comic effects and add thought bubbles or dialog balloons.

The software provides a variety of pre-defined and pre-formed shapes, lettering effects, and templates that can be used to add captions, titles or layouts. Users can create comic albums or comic pages; and locate their images and photos through the program’s in-built image browser from the user interface.

Comic Life was originally designed for Mac OS X machines, but the developers have now also included Windows and iOS to their supported platforms. The software is part of the Comic Life suite from plasq, the developers of the program. Other Comic Life programs include Comic Life Deluxe, Comic Life Magiq and Comic Life 2. Comic Life Magiq was discontinued in 2011.

The software is available for purchase. The developer’s website offers a 30-day free trial for all their applications, including Comic Life.
