Xtremsplit Partial File
Files that contain the .xtm file extension are data files that the Xtremsplit file splitting utility has created. The Xtremsplit software application takes large files or file archives and splits the larger files into several smaller files. This makes it easier to transmit the files over the Web and via email. The file receiver does not need the Xtremsplit software to reconstruct the XTM files once they are received.
