XSPF File
What are XSPF files and how to open them
Are you having problems opening an XSPF file or are you simply curious about its contents? We're here to explain the properties of these files and provide you with software that can open or handle your XSPF files.
What is an XSPF file?
An .XSPF file is an XML Shareable Playlist Format file.
The .xspf file extension is most commonly used for XSPF playlist files. These files are saved in the XML Shareable Playlist Format. The files use XML tags to list and organize files that are included in the playlist. The XSPF files do not contain any actual audio files, just references to the audio files listed in the playlist. The XSPF file format allows for the portability of playlists across computers and media devices.
