The name 'reStructuredText' indicate the the file is a "revised, reworked, and reinterpreted StructuredText. Moreover, reStructuredText is a lightweight markup language designed to be both modifiable by documentation processing software and easily readable by human programmers who are reading and writing the Python source code.
