What are OB! files and how to open them

What is an OB! file?
The .ob! file extension is used by the Orbit Downloader Internet download software application. This download software allow users to download media files from a variety of different social media websites, such as Myspace, YouTube and Rapidshare.
When the Orbit Downloader has begun to download a file but isn't able to complete the process of the file download, the downloader will save the partially-downloaded file with the .ob! file extension.
Once the download has resumed and has been completed by the software, the proper file extension will replace the .ob! file extension that was given to the file when the download was not yet fully complete.
How to open OB! files
Important: Different programs may use files with the OB! file extension for different purposes, so unless you are sure which format your OB! file is, you may need to try a few different programs.
