Opening NVC files

Did your computer fail to open a NVC file? We explain what NVC files are and recommend software that we know can open or convert your NVC files.

What is a NVC file?

The .nvc file format represents files associated with NeroVision Express by Nero AG. NVC files are digital video and movie editing project files that are saved using the said software. NVC file contains pictures, videos, animation templates, music and sound files, and texts.

NeroVision Express provides basic and intermediate video editing functions. It provides high quality editing features, allowing the users to include images, music files, transition and visual effects on their projects. NeroVision supports multiple Windows OS and it can be used in multiple languages.

NVC file is a not a media file. It is a proprietary project file that holds the necessary data of the video. Playing it as it is will not work with popular media players. To play the content of an .nvc file the user should burn the video on a CD using Nero or try exporting the file into a multimedia player readable file.

Try a universal file viewer

In addition to the products listed above, I would suggest that you try a universal file viewer like Free File Viewer. It can open over 200 different types of files - and very likely yours too! Download Free File Viewer.
