What is a ME file?

README File
Files that contain the .me file extension are used by a variety of different computer applications to store the "readme" files that go with the software application. Readme files contain essential information about a software download, such as the user instructions, publisher information, and other details about the software application.
The readme files that contain the .me file suffix are stored in a plain text format.
