What is a MD file?
MD files have multiple uses, and Markdown Document is one of them. Read more about the other uses further down the page.
Markdown files are a way of writing text in a simple format that can be converted to HTML, PDF, or any other desired output format with ease. Formatting is done by using simple symbols to indicate how the text should be formatted.
The purpose of markdown files is to simplify the formatting process and provide an easy way for people to write content without having to worry about formatting. The syntax of Markdown is straightforward and easy to learn. It can be used to create documents in many formats, including web pages, blogs, slideshows, and even ebooks.
