DCD Binary Trajectory Format
The .DCD files are binary trajectory files used by NAMD, computer software used in simulating molecular dynamics. These binary trajectory files are used in reading and analyzing computed structural biology systems.
Most of these .DCD files are designed in a way they can be read by different computer systems, which may vary in specifications.
