What are 10 files and how to open them

What is a 10 file?
Files that contain the .10 file extension are used for two different file formats. The IBM voice type language script data file format is one of the file formats that use the .10 file extension. The IBM Embedded ViaVoice speech recognition software application uses this file format to store language-specific script data for speech recognition purposes.
The .10 file extension is also used to store music files for the Salt Lake Winter Olympics 2002 video game. The .10 file extension is given to each music file that was used for the 2002 Winter Olympics, which were held in Salt Lake City, Utah.
