MediaPlayerLite

If you are looking for MediaPlayerLite, you have come to the right place. We explain what MediaPlayerLite is and point you to the official download.

What is MediaPlayerLite?

MediaPlayerLite is software developed by Amnis Technology Ltd. that installs a free audio and video player on machines that run on Windows operating systems. The program is most compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

MediaPlayerLite is capable of playing video files that come in the following formats: AVI, DVD, AVCHD, WMV, MOV, MP4, DivX, XVid, MKV and AAC. It is also able to play Flash Video files and Blu-Ray discs. The player likewise displays subtitles and uses a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) accelerator in order to load and play videos quickly, without affecting picture quality and playback speed.

In addition, the player also enables the user to record and/or watch TV shows provided there is a TV tuner installed on the system.

Users can configure the setting of the player such as automatically enabling the program to open a new player every time a new media file is launched, or using the same player for all media files. Users can also configure History settings like keeping a history of recently opened files, remember last DVD, file or window position; remembering last playlist, window size or Pan-n-Scan zoom.
