What is ZebraDesigner?

ZebraDesigner is a program that has the capabilities to design labels and barcodes and print them automatically from any given source. It is equipped with RFID Wizards which enables you to complex types of labels.

Using this software, you can also configure the settings of your printer to make it compatible with the designs you are working on. ZebraDesigner is capable of producing designs for different bar code groups such as Linear, EAN and UPC, 2-dimensional, and RSS. The software also supports over 100 different languages which can easily be modified by checking the settings.

To use the software for printing, the user needs to calibrate both the GX and GK functionalities of the printer. After feeding in the role of blank labels, the computer will be prompted to calibrate the labels. Only when a steady green light appears that you can actually print the labels or the barcodes. Using the Feed Button, calibration can also be done. If the printer shows an ‘error’ message, you can simply activate factory reset also with the Feed Button. Prompts will appear to help you calibrate your printers easily.
