If you are looking for R-Drive Image, you have come to the right place. We explain what R-Drive Image is and point you to the official download.
What is R-Drive Image?
R-tools Technology’s R-Drive Image software is a disk image creator used primarily for data backup purposes. Disk images are precise reproductions of the entire contents of a specified folder or drive, encapsulated in a single file, and thus represents a convenient method of backing up crucial data that the user does not want to lose. R-Drive Image is capable of creating such images as needed and without interrupting a system’s normal operation, rendering the usual step of starting and stopping the operating system unnecessary, even when creating disk images with very large sizes. The program also includes a compression feature that enables users to reduce the size of the final image files without losing data. If necessary, it can also split a single image file into several files to make it easier to fit into the desired storage location.
The software is able to save copies of one disk onto another attached storage medium instantly, so users can save copies of their disks into secondary hard drives (or external HDDs, USBs, and the like) immediately. The program also supports GPT disk creation and copy password security protocols.
