What is MediaOne?

MediaOne is a program from Corel that allows the user to edit and manage their photos. Users can organize their photos in digital albums, scrapbooks, calendars or collages through various templates that are pre-loaded on the software.

The software includes the Smart Collection app which, when utilized, displays photos located in different folders on the computer according to their common attributes such as date photos were taken, type of photo, and rating. This enables for easier location of specific photos.

Also, users can save a copy of their photos online through the Online Backup application. This allows them to access their photos from anywhere, and on any Windows machine connected to the Internet.

For editing photos, the software provides basic tools such as crop, resize, color composition adjustment, and correct red eye. There are also tools for removing blemishes and skin spots, whitening teeth and rendering the photo in different effects like sepia mode or black and white.

An added feature of the software is the video editing tool. This is a basic tool that allows the user to trim their video clips.
