What is Guitar Pro Fretlight Ready?
Guitar Pro Fretlight Ready is a program meant to help those with guitar tabs play their music more easily. Guitar tabs are musical notes that show musicians the finger positions they are supposed to have for a particular part of a song or for a particular note. As for Fretlight, it is a learning guitar that has LEDs embedded into it: the LEDs light up at the positions where a player’s fingers are supposed to go according to a loaded tablature or guitar tab. Guitar Pro Fretlight Ready is basically software that a learning guitar player can use to manage the tabs he can use with his Fretlight guitar.
Guitar Pro Fretlight Ready is capable of loading as many as 6 types of guitar tabs. The software can be connected to other Fretlight devices too, including Fretlight bass guitars and Fretlight pianos. It is able to create a bridge for the user to control his Fretlight with a dual footswitch, leaving his hands free while learning to play, and is also equipped with the ability to export tabs as MIDI files. Furthermore, it can turn ASCII data into guitar tabs.
