GSview
If you are looking for GSview, you have come to the right place. We explain what GSview is and point you to the official download.
What is GSview?
GSview software installs a program that functions as a support utility for Ghostscript. Ghostscript is basically a program utilized for displaying or printing PostScript and PDF pages. As for GSview, the program provides users of Ghostscript with a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that enables them to open and view PostScript and PDF files.
GSview also allows for editing of the files, and preparing them for printing. The program displays the files exactly in the way that they will be printed, allowing them to modify size, print in landscape or portrait mode, and select paper size.
Users may also convert files to BMP, PS (PostScript) or PDF formats. Shortcut keys are provided under the File dropdown menu, i.e. F for Convert, E for Extract, S for Select File, and I for Info. Under the Edit options, the user may access the bitmap converter and vector converter utilities.
To configure settings, the Options tab provides the user with links to configuration pages. Also under the Options tab, the user may select GUI language.
GSview is provided to users as freeware. It is currently available for Windows users.
