Deep View

If you are looking for Deep View, you have come to the right place. We explain what Deep View is and point you to the official download.

What is Deep View?

Deep View is a product from Right Hemisphere (before the company became SAP Software, that is). It enabled organizations or corporations to distribute rich engineering data to various persons without requiring them to learn complex CAD engineering applications. In that sense, it functions much like most other viewer applications used for viewing instead of editing purposes. However, it deviates from the standard viewer in the richness of its permitted interactions with objects, which also explains its name: Deep View, for a deeper view of the data.

The program can import more than 45 file formats often used for CAD files in various industries. It can also publish the data it imports to PDF for presentation or printing purposes. 3D models can be taken apart in the program for component or part viewing. Multiple bill of materials lists can be opened too, and users can measure objects’ properties and angles. Cross section viewing, alternative rendering modes, zooming, rotating, panning, and detailed part browsing are all made possible by the application. It also supports playback of steps, animations for 3D objects/models, and procedures. Users can also send emails directly from the program.
