What is Bentley View?

BentleyView is a free DGN viewer, a DWG viewer, and an i-model viewer. It is a tool that is required for objects that need viewing, measuring, and printing applications. BentleyView is good for MicroStation, AutoCAD, or hybrid projects using i-models. It is available in English, Spanish, Polish, Traditional Chinese, Greek, German, Italian, Czech, and French.

BentleyView uses the MicroStation graphics engine to display 2D drawings and 3D CAD models within a simple interface. It can also measure the distance between two points, and find the length of a line with a click. It supports RealDWG 2014, point-cloud streaming, LandXML and civil terrain models. BentleyView also supports JT format, IFC, and Rhino V5. It explores models with Clip Volume and changes their virtual display based on object attributes. The user can navigate BentelyView using touch-screen support in Windows 8.
