What is Alternate Pic View?

Alternate Pic View lets users control and view different types of images, including image combinations, thumbnails, slide shows, image resizi9ng, drawing tools, and image tiling. It is a simple program used for manipulation and image viewing.

Users will be able to resize or extend pictures, save a selection of files, plus tile and combine pictures, and extract icons from EXE and DLL files. They can rotate colors, draw arrows, and scale colors as well. There is a function for reducing red eye, and EXIF/IPTC information will not be lost while a picture is being saved. The Alternate Pic View is available in Polish and Slovakian languages. Added features include a start-up folder option, search and compare pictures, as well as the capacity to create or edit animated capital GIFs.
