3DVIA Composer Player
If you are looking for 3DVIA Composer Player, you have come to the right place. We explain what 3DVIA Composer Player is and point you to the official download.
What is 3DVIA Composer Player?
The Dassault Systemes 3DVIA Composer Player is a program that allows recipients or consumers of 3D/2D communications created by the 3DVIA Composer to view the content as well as interact with it. The software is thus integral to what the developer dubs “3DEXPERIENCE”. The program is used for reviewing projects/models, communicating instructions for assembly of a system, and other business presentations.
The program comes in 2 versions: the free 3DVIA Composer Player and the paid 3DVIA Composer Player Pro. While both are fully capable of playing back 3DVIA Composer content, the latter includes more advanced APIs for a truly customized playback experience. The free version, while it does allow minor management options such as label attachment, measurement, and property adjustment of 3DVIA files, does not allow the user to make any alterations to the actual content. The paid version, on the other hand, lets users save any notes or changes they make to the original file.
Both versions include Adobe Acrobat Reader by default and view content via the ActiveX player. Only the paid version allows for more than one player to be connected.
