A .WBC file is a WebShots Collection file.

WebShots Collection format files store bundled sets of wallpapers or screensaver images used by the Webshots Desktop application (originally by AG Interactive). They represent a package of multiple photographs that were downloaded together as a collection from the Webshots service.

These files are created when a user downloads image collections via the Webshots Desktop program for Windows; the program both writes and reads them. The collections can include images drawn from the Webshots library and do not open in current Webshots apps from Threefold Photos without conversion - legacy support is required. Converting to standard formats like JPEG is commonly done using third-party tools.

For format identification, a WebShots Collection (.WBC) file begins with the four-byte signature AB 16 FA 95 at offset zero.
