Opening TMD files

Did your computer fail to open a TMD file? We explain what TMD files are and recommend software that we know can open or convert your TMD files.

What is a TMD file?

The TMD files or the temporary database files are created by using MySQL. MySQL is a freely available open source Relational Database Management System. Relational Database Management System uses a relational model. In this model of the database, the system declares all the information related to the queries by the users. The user will input the information on the database regarding of what it should contain and what it should give when the user asks for something. It follows that after the input of data, the system is the one responsible for arranging the information and relay them ain relation to the character being entered into it. TMD files are created once the database is done.

But there are times that database, before being successfully accomplished, are in a halfway and start to malfunction. To prevent loss of data during conversion and completion, .tmd files are generated for each database based on their last good configuration.

Try a universal file viewer

In addition to the products listed above, I would suggest that you try a universal file viewer like Free File Viewer. It can open over 200 different types of files - and very likely yours too! Download Free File Viewer.
