These .t13 files may also store relevant metadata information like name of the associated project file and creation date and time stamps among other details. These T13 files are generated by the H&R Block software when a user enters tax return data using this tool for the year 2013.These .t13 files can be opened and viewed using the H&R Block software. This tool can also be used to create and edit the content of a T13 file. There are no known applications that can be used to export or convert these .t13 files into other more standard document file formats.
