What is a SNB file?

S-Note Document

The SNB file format was developed by Samsung for its line of Galaxy Note mobile phones and tablet devices. Files with the .snb extension are generated by the S-Note app, which is built into these Samsung Galaxy Note devices.

The .snb file format is classified as a special document format. A .snb file normally contains text data that has been encoded using the S-Note app. This program is a note-taking application for Samsung Galaxy Note devices.

To open these .snb files on a Windows desktop or a Mac OS X computer, simply change the .snb file extension to .zip, and decompress the file using standard file compression and decompression tools like BitZipper and WinZIP.
