What is a LTW file?
A .LTW file is an Incredimail Letter Creator Project file.
A .LTW file is a project file used by the IncrediMail Letter Creator Application, a Windows program formerly published by IncrediMail, Ltd. It stores all of the parts of a custom email "letter" or stationery that a user is designing - background images, graphics, text layouts, templates and similar elements - so that the design can be edited later or turned into a finished email within IncrediMail or related utilities.
The Letter Creator writes .LTW files when saving a design in progress. You typically open them again inside the Letter Creator (or IncrediMail) to continue editing, or export/compile them into formats that can be sent as messages or used as stationery. These files are workspace/project files - not individual emails themselves, but containers for design assets and layout information.
Under the hood, these files begin with an "MSCF" ASCII signature at the very start (offset 0), followed by other internal markers including ".FLW", ".GIF" and "MSCF" strings embedded somewhere in the content.
