What is a DAE file?
A .DAE file is a COLLADA Digital Asset Exchange file.
The .dae file extension is most commonly associated with COLLADA 3D graphic files. The DAE files allow users to transmit 3D graphics files across multiple graphics applications. The DAE file format is based on COLLADA, an XML-based schema that allows different authoring tools to work together seamlessly.
How to open DAE files
