What are BADONGO files and how to open them

What is a BADONGO file?
A .BADONGO file is a BaDonGo File Info file.
BaDonGo File Info files store metadata created by the BaDonGo file-sharing service that describe how a larger shared file is split into multiple parts and where to locate them. Those files are produced by BaDonGo.com, and they are used to reassemble or track a set of pieces (parts) that together make up the original file made available via BaDonGo.
The BaDonGo service writes out these files typically when a user uploads a file that will be distributed in parts. The metadata in the file includes information such as how many parts the file has in total, identifiers for each part, and references to where each part can be retrieved. Programs that work with BaDonGo files rely on this metadata file to download or join the separate parts into the full file.
Files in this format begin with a fixed ASCII header string at the very start: the bytes represent ##START BADONGO FILE.TOTAL_PARTS= (where spaces and tabs and newlines are preserved as in the signature). That signature is located at offset zero.
